Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays. These delays are outside our control and not grounds for refunds.
Order Verification

For security reasons, we may request additional verification before shipping high-value orders.

Orders that cannot be verified within 5 business days will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

A tracking number is emailed once the order has shipped.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information and contacting the carrier for delivery issues.
Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

All returned watches must be:

Unused, unworn, and undamaged

In original packaging with all accessories, tags, stickers, booklets, and protective films intact

Free from scratches, wear marks, strap adjustments, or size alterations
Items not meeting these conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
