Warranty Information

At Atlas Chronos, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Warranty coverage may vary depending on the brand, model and warranty documentation supplied with the watch.

Where a manufacturer warranty applies, the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms will govern the coverage.

What May Be Covered

Manufacturer warranties generally relate to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

The exact coverage period, exclusions and claim procedure depend on the individual brand and model.

For this reason, customers should refer to the warranty documentation supplied with their watch and the applicable manufacturer's terms.

What Is Generally Not Covered

Depending on the applicable warranty terms, warranty coverage may exclude issues such as:

  • Accidental damage

  • Damage caused by misuse

  • Normal cosmetic wear

  • Scratches caused through ordinary use

  • Damage caused by unauthorised modifications

  • Damage resulting from improper use

  • Wear to straps, bracelets or other consumable components

These examples are general and do not replace the warranty terms applicable to your individual watch.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your watch has developed a fault, please contact us at:

atlaschronos@proton.me

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • The watch model/reference

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs or video where appropriate

We will review the issue and advise you of the next step.

Depending on the circumstances, this may involve troubleshooting, inspection, repair, replacement or another appropriate solution.

Consumer Rights

Any manufacturer warranty is separate from and does not replace your statutory consumer rights.

Your statutory rights may provide additional protection depending on where you live and the circumstances of your purchase.
